男坐霸王車棄前妻落跑　依詐欺罪起訴

去年八月間，1名42歲謝姓男子偕同前妻在桃園縣八德市攔計程車到大溪，途中還向何姓運將借了1千元買東西，待返回八德後，謝男竟丟下前妻落跑。桃園地檢署依詐欺罪嫌將他起訴。

檢方調查，謝男下車佯稱要向父親拿車資竟落跑，留下前妻在車上，何姓運將不甘損失，將謝男前妻載到派出所報警究辦，前妻的家人拿了5千元到派出所與何男達成和解，落跑的謝男經通緝到案後，被依法起訴。
