竹縣議員羅吉祥 質詢時為洪石成默哀

新竹縣議員羅吉祥今天下午在縣政總質詢時，提出為廣大興28號船員洪石成遭菲律賓公務船射殺一事默哀，縣長邱鏡淳和縣府各單位主管、在場縣議員都起立默哀1分鐘。

羅吉祥說，我國漁民很辛苦，在海上作業時無辜被射殺，除默哀表達追思，也希望各界配合政府作為，爭取權益。
