菲特使再求見　外交部拒絕

菲律賓總統小艾奎諾（Benigno Aquino）特使、馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處理事主席培瑞茲（Armadeo Perez）昨天下午抵台，外交部認為菲國誠意不足，且未足夠授權，拒絕和培瑞茲見面，最後由亞太司長接見培瑞茲。培瑞茲今天再度要求和外交部長見面，外交部仍然拒絕。
