吸K男停大馬路撿手機　誤打倒車檔撞後車

桃園大溪李姓男子（24歲、水電工）昨天在桃園市吸了K菸，深夜近12時開車回家途中，竟停大馬路上要撿手機，卻誤打倒車檔，撞上後方詹姓車主的右前車頭，警方獲報到場，李坦承剛吸毒，警方在車上找到兩根K菸，偵訊後以公共危險及毒品罪嫌送辦。
 
警方調查，李男昨晚開車行經大興西路二段永安路口時，手機突然響起，李精神恍惚沒抓好手機掉落，就在大馬路上停車找手機。跟在李車後面的詹某，看到他無故停車，打方向盤正要繞過去時，李突然倒車撞上他右前車頭，詹某下車察看，李不知何故居然是從車窗爬出來。
