過關 亞太電信上市 建興電下市

工商時報【記者楊穆郁／台北報導】

台灣證交所昨（28）日舉行董事會，通過亞太電信申請股票上市案，另外，由於光寶科已持有建興電股份逾7成，證交所董事會也通過建興電股票終止上市案。

證交所表示，亞太電信股本32.84億元申請股票上市，主辦承銷商為元富證券。
