赴中投資挨告詐欺　吳宗憲不起訴

自嘲最近犯官符的綜藝天王吳宗憲，運氣似乎倒吃甘蔗、日漸佳境，他與大學生互毆案，日前才冰釋誤會、和解落幕，另與友人到中國合資娛樂事業遭控詐欺部分，台北地檢署也認定罪證不足，今天將他不起訴。

據了解，2年前吳宗憲與友人及友人的朋友合資，計畫前往中國投資娛樂事業並舉辦表演節目，後因合約糾紛，引發財務問題，吳的投資夥伴認為吳未履約，對他提出詐欺告訴。
