眼鏡的鏡片刮傷可以處理嗎~~很急拜託

我的一片鏡片不小心被刮到差不多一公分多的刮痕

我知道鏡片刮傷不能完全恢復跟之前一樣

但我想知道到底可不可以簡單做個處理把刮傷的部分盡量用到只剩一點點痕跡嗎??

因為我近視很深所以配鏡片都要非常貴我不想在多花錢去換鏡片

拜託因為最近忙沒辦法到眼鏡店問所以才想先問問一下知道的人~~~
