月初於北宜公路34K的車禍

這個月初在一個風和日麗的禮拜天跟朋友快樂的出遊就北宜34k一處彎道與重機發生碰撞....

發生碰撞時下意識反應：對向沒車 快閃！

後來下車看到旁邊的護欄如果我繼續轉彎重車車主有可能直接下山...

好好的出遊都全被打亂了.....

因為當天對方車主有摔傷就先上救護車 而我只有車損 所以當天就完成筆錄

對方事發後一個禮拜後才完成筆錄.....

接下來才是重點！！對方與警察做完筆錄後
我去電向警方詢問是否可以向對方談賠償事宜

警察回覆：對方覺得他沒肇責,說你佔據他的車道...(口氣帶點無奈...我也無奈)這部分可能要申請肇事鑑定了,讓有公信力的單位替你們評判

看樣子也只能等.....這畫面應該很明顯是誰對誰錯了吧....
