亞太攜碼到中華電信

我亞太合約已經到了,現在想攜碼到中華電信
但是看到一堆方案,整個頭都暈了...
我想辦月租費250-350左右,送智慧型手機約2000元以下,便宜更好....
拍照畫素高一點,請幫忙推薦,謝謝!!

另外,家中已經有WI-FI還需要辦上網嗎??
沒辦手機上網可以直接用家中WI-FI嗎?
以前都用亞太陽春型手機,沒用過手機上網,所以很多都不懂....

另外,有手機上網1G.5G是指可以下載檔案的大小?
如果只是普通上上網,沒下載檔案,這樣要辦幾G的....

真的很混亂,請達人解惑,謝謝!!
