法闢新戰線 矛頭對準亞馬遜

（法新社巴黎4日電） 法國文化部長菲里佩提把網路零售巨擘亞馬遜公司（Amazon）定位為書店的「毀滅者」。這是法國社會黨政府和美國數位經濟巨人之間的最新衝突。

文化部長菲里佩提（Aurelie Filippetti）說：「如今，人人都受夠了亞馬遜，它藉由傾銷、削價，進軍市場，一旦建立起虛擬獨占地位，便開始抬高價格。」

她昨天在波爾多市（Bordeaux）一項書商會議上說：「這對書店具毀滅性。」

菲里佩提說，她將檢視可抑制亞馬遜在法國壯大的辦法，限制亞馬遜結合免費運送和多達訂價5%的折扣。法國為保護小型書店的現有法令，限制書籍價格折扣最高上限為5%。

法國政府在陸續與谷歌（Google）、雅虎（Yahoo!）和蘋果（Apple）等美國業者爆發一連串爭議後，抨擊亞馬遜成為最新一樁。

亞馬遜先前已因自2006至2010年間在法國境內銷售，被課徵2億5200萬美元稅款，而與法國當局爆發爭議。（譯者：中央社羅苑韶）
