套房租屋簽約.入宅和安床的日期及時間,最簡單的祭拜儀式

簽約人我:國曆61年11月13日凌晨5時,男朋友:國曆44年10月19日吉時,簽約日訂在6/10日中午不知可不可以?以後這間套房主要是由我男朋友居住,我偶爾過去住.
1.應由誰祭拜儀式呢
2.因不是自己的房子,是不是至附近的土地公廟祭拜,要選日期及時間嗎?如果要何時最佳?
3.有煮飯,用電陶爐是否要拜地基主呢?一年一度的普渡拜可以嗎?
4.入宅和安床的日期及時間?
5.因二人工作的關係都比較忙,所以入宅及安床最簡單的祭拜儀式?
6.床頭後面有窗戶.上面有樑,窗戶已經按裝厚的窗簾了,我是否可以用三層櫃代替床頭櫃能?
7.我先搬入其他東西都放置定位,床和爐在入宅日和安床日再放置可以嗎?
8.搬入前要先做那些事?或準備什麼?
