摘要：由經濟部能源局主辦，工研院與台灣金融研訓院首度攜手進行「太陽光電系統服務產業融資機制建構」培訓暨研究合作案。經濟部能源局副局長王運銘、工研院副所長胡耀祖皆表示，希望將金融業資金引入太陽光電，推動再生能源發展。 會後由經濟部能源局副局長王運銘擔任見證，工研院副所長胡耀祖與金融研訓院院長鄭貞茂，簽署「合作意向書」後，後續將開班引進金融業人才、推廣太陽光電產業。
