酷夏禁穿短褲 男駕駛們穿裙上班

炎熱的夏天到了，但歐洲跨國運輸服務巨擘亞銳法（Arriva）公司，卻規定員工只能穿長褲或裙子上班。在高溫中工作卻不能穿短褲的瑞典火車司機大哥窮則思變，改穿一樣可讓兩條腿透風的裙子。兩星期來，已有十四名男性司機改穿及膝裙子上班。

亞銳法公司在今年一月，接手瑞典首都斯德哥爾摩北郊的羅斯拉斯巴南輕軌鐵路系統，明令男性駕駛不准穿短褲開火車，但對於他們穿裙子上班則從善如流。

經理赫德紐斯表示：「我們的想法是，員工代表亞銳法公司，就必須要看起來體面莊重，現行的制服確實能達到這項要求。如果男性駕駛想穿裙子工作，公司認為可行。」

運匠艾克斯坦表示，年初獲知新服裝規定後，他和同事想出穿裙子上班的點子：「大家議論紛紛，說這裡夏天酷熱難耐，如果不能穿短褲，那我們寧願換穿裙子。」
