逼「嘿咻抵債」　女報警赴約逮色男

台中王姓男子透過網路認識一名34歲女子，前年3月借對方2萬8千元，後因女子無力還錢，去年3月起，王男竟多次傳簡訊給女子，恐嚇「叫小弟去妳家」、「嘿咻4次抵債」，女子驚恐報警，王男被逮後，不但賠女子8萬元和解，今還被台中地院依恐嚇罪判刑2月，得易科罰金6萬元，緩刑2年。
 
判決指出，王男多次傳簡訊給女子：「不還款，會叫小弟到妳家，令妳簽30萬元本票」、「發生性關係4次作為抵債，否則告訴妳父母，妳曾在酒店上班」、去年5月，王男要求女子代訂璽朵汽車旅館，要求女子同宿嘿咻，傳簡訊稱若未依約前往，要返還10萬元、「若不還返10萬元，則走著瞧，過幾天會派人去妳家收取」，女子代訂旅館後，因恐懼不敢赴約，只好報警代為前往，當場逮捕王男。(許淑惠／台中報導)
