一人被追債全家挨告　關廠工人泣不成聲

台北高等行政法院今判決勞動部向關廠工人追債時效已逾期，勞工不必還錢，同樣遭勞動部追債的勞工陳麗絲，聽到判決結果，在法院前抱著友人泣不成聲，10多年來的委屈瞬間潰堤，她哽咽告訴記者：「最難熬的是，全家因為我而被告進法院。」
 
陳麗絲表示，她原本是東菱公司員工，公司關廠後領不到資遣費，所以10多年前向勞委會「貸款」31萬元，當時由父親當連帶保證人，父親過世後，母親和兄弟繼承債務，卻一起被告，讓她非常煎熬。另名東菱前員工陳滿屏也有相同遭遇，她「貸」了22萬元，連累姐姐也被追債。陳滿屏說：「真的很高興司法還我們公道！」(丁牧群／台北報導)
