請問瑪奇帳號跟奇摩信箱的事情讓我很苦惱!!請有人教教我(跪求

大家好...我是奇摩多年的用戶 , 我有玩一款線上遊戲叫瑪奇玩了6~7年 , 前幾天因為晶片卡出了問題於是我就上樂豆網把晶片所停掉 , 但悲劇的事情來了當我輸入好新的樂豆登入遊戲的帳號時 , 要去奇摩信箱找他的案碼結果...我的奇摩帳號卻已經很久沒用導致鎖住無法歸還 , 本人問過了奇摩客服他們說....帳號已凍結叫我換新帳號 , 問題是我瑪奇的信箱就是使用那個帳號 , 那我要怎麼辦???之後想一想...打給遊戲橘子客服他們也是說 , 要奇摩公司來幫我把這個信箱帳號開起來 , 看改的新密碼...兩邊都叫我找對方...現在好了遊戲橘子客服跟我說他們只負責遊戲上問題但至於信箱被鎖只能由奇摩公司代為處裡 , 奇摩公司說被凍結帳號無法再給我要我換新的...那我遊戲花了幾十萬不是都要泡當了....有蛇可以給我答案謝謝你們!!!由衷感謝........
