工作胖了8公斤，我想要減肥

我以前都不敢穿高跟鞋和短裙
我很沒自信
腿很粗屁股很大看起來很難看
走在路上都好羨慕腿細的女生
我嘗試過很多瘦腿產品
包含擦的抹的吃的都嘗試過了
但是效果很有限
我的好朋友真的很愛我
幫我在部落格上找到瘦身的方式
我決定給自己機會認真配合
我體脂肪掉了難以置信的10%
體重減了4公斤
而且下半身也變細了
瘦身成功的那一天
我迫不及待的去逛街買衣服
我真的好興奮好興奮！
