用完抗屑洗髮精還是有頭皮屑,算是被外包裝廣告騙了嘛?

我是短髮男性
髮質算是有點油
一天沒有洗的話就會發亮...==
所以一直選用抗油的洗髮精
但是沒有特別固定用哪一種牌子
通常是用完了就到賣場比較價格.容量.外包裝標語

有次我用了一瓶標榜"抗屑"的洗髮精
依照自己的習慣
會洗兩次(頭髮弄濕>用洗髮精搓抹頭皮>沖水>用洗髮精搓抹頭髮>沖水)
洗完之後用吹風機吹到七八成乾
接下來只有待在家裡看電視和滑手機
大約一個小時後要出門時
發現自己居然有頭皮屑掉落...
而且頭皮會癢
但是並沒有油油的

有一種被欺騙的感覺
我可以拿這瓶洗髮精去退貨嗎
