卓新獎辦論壇 5地新聞獎得主齊聚交流

財團法人卓越新聞獎基金會與國立台灣大學新聞研究所合作，將在5月31日與6月1日舉行2013亞洲華文新聞獎得主論壇，邀請港中台星馬5地華文新聞媒體工作者分享各地新聞媒體發展經驗，並交流記者的社會處境，探討華文新聞所面臨的困境。

卓越新聞獎基金會執行長邱家宜表示，這次論壇並非以大中華的概念出發，而是從亞洲使用華語文社區的角度，邀請港中台星馬5地各新聞獎得主，舉辦論壇交流，將來若有機會，還想再邀請印尼越南等地的華文新聞工作者共同參與。

各地華文新聞媒體都面臨不同挑戰，邱家宜舉例，由於華語在馬來西亞受到壓迫，新聞媒介也受影響而生存困難，更別說是非主流的異議性刊物。她表示，台灣的媒體雖然還有待改進的地方，但在相關發展上已累積一些經驗，在共同的語言文化上，希望能與他國新聞工作者交流分享，並能為台灣帶來刺激，進一步擴大視野。
