戴爾控日立、明基等六光碟機廠商操縱價格

全球第三大個人電腦製造商戴爾（Dell）在美國控告明基、日立在內六家光碟機製造商，在2004年至2010年間共謀操縱價格。

戴爾向德州奧斯汀聯邦法院遞交的訴狀中指出，這些光碟機製造商串通投標、互通價格、銷售和生產方面的機密資訊，並協議在美銷售的產品定價。

訴狀中說，戴爾因此為光碟機付出較高價格，將依據美國反托辣斯法，尋求三倍於超收價格的賠償。戴爾指控這些廠商不僅違反反托辣斯法，也違反合約。

除明基和日立外，其他列名被告的還有飛利浦、三星電子、Sony和東芝。

明基母公司佳世達14日回覆彭博新聞說，尚未收到此案的資訊。但佳世達強調，「明基／佳士達並未與其他光碟機製造商參與討論並協議價格。」
