三國群英傳衝裝衝武器技巧

我和我表哥都有在玩三國群英傳
我發現他的裝或武器都是+14左右的
我有請教過他怎麼衝,但是他都不完整的告訴我@@

他只跟我說過如果有不要的裝或武器
就都給他,他要衝東西的時候可以拿來"墊"
誰可以告訴我完整的方法嗎?
或是其他衝裝衝武器的方法
