問題 new one換貨 求解答~

因為我第一支的new one遇到上面有隙縫
右邊較突出
但是我是在用了3天才拿去原店家說要換貨(在7日內)
過了3天,通知我去領回,結果我到了後
店員告訴我,因為你配件有拆封(我拆了耳機和傳輸線)
所以只能換單機

我當下也不以為意,結果看到換來的new one根本慘
不但上面有縫 下面也有縫 而且比之前更大
更嚴重的是相機鏡頭整個內凹
然後外殼部分還有刮傷,手機左右側白色的地方有很多藍點
因為當下整個很氣,也沒有要求拍照
所以我整個不能接受!只好說 我再換了!

他們是送回聯強檢測+換貨的
我想問一下
1.因為配件拆過,就只能換單機嗎?不能原裝的嗎?

2.我甚至覺得送來的new one也是別人
拿去退貨的,再拿來給我,有沒有這個可能??

3.要怎樣檢查才能看出確定是新品?

4.假如我有權利是換原裝的
可是店家卻說配件拆過不能換
我能怎麼跟他講?

懇請大家幫忙,因為我存了很久才買一支這麼好的手機
也是看評價很好,才選擇new one的!
