明明有電流,但是卻無法過電

原本以為是插座壞了,或是電線無法迥電.

買了可以測電流的起子來測,
拆開插座後,測了一下,顯示一邊是110另一邊是12
插座還是有電流的,
但是拿吹風機插上後,卻無法使用.

吹風機沒壞,因為拿到別處用別的插座,是可以正常啟動使用的.
請問有何方法解決呢?
