賴素如延押案　北院下午裁定

台北市前議員賴素如涉貪案，台北地院今天早上開賴的延押庭，賴素如與富少李宗瑞等一群男囚下車後，賴以嬌小身材優勢，「卡位」躲在男囚與法警旁進入候審室，刻意躲避媒體拍照。合議庭審理2個小時候，預計下午裁定。

賴的律師薛銘鴻庭後表示，賴已羈押2個月，涉案範圍與先前一樣且已查完，沒延押必要，但檢方認為還有相關事證及議員要傳訊，即使有事證要查也與賴無關，不能以賴不承認就認為有羈押必要。

薛銘鴻指出，賴素如有家族病史，擔心她的身體，但她今天狀況很好，很能為自己權利辯護，賴在法庭上仍堅持收到的錢是企業贊助的政治獻金。
