電線地下化「水溝化」　北市府技工、廠商到案

台北市推動將電線、電纜全面地下化，工務局公園路燈管工程管理處工務科路燈股陳姓技工負責監工時，涉嫌收受承包廠商賄款數十萬元，每次新設路燈時，廠商均未實際開挖土地埋管線，反而將電線、電纜置入水溝中，再提供舊照片矇混驗收，廉政署北調組今天上午會同台北地檢署偵辦，帶回陳姓技工、曾姓廠商等3人訊問中。

廉政署表示，陳姓技工自2009年起至今年止，共涉及士林、北投區8件管線弊案，8案承包金額559萬元，廠商因此省下約140萬元，陳男則從中收取賄款數十萬元，目前全案朝貪污罪行收賄罪偵辦中。
