勾結盜取林木　8警19山老鼠起訴

宜蘭檢警調偵辦山老鼠集團，勾結不肖警察盜伐林木案，今天偵結，宜蘭地檢署一口氣起訴涉案8名警員與19名分屬三組山老鼠集團成員，其中森警蔡明壽、吳國豪及三星分局派出所警員蔡明光等3警，被依貪污罪嫌起訴。
 
森警王泉勝、宜蘭縣警局刑警大隊小隊長黃有信、前蘇澳分局偵查佐石俊雄、羅東分局偵查佐高義勝、陳建宏等5警等人及19名山老鼠，則被依違反森林法等罪嫌起訴。
 
另謝姓與陳姓木材藝品業者，則以「牙保（居間介紹收受、搬運、寄送、故買）贓物罪」嫌起訴，另2名收贓業者因認罪，分別以支付10萬及20萬元之緩起訴處分金，給予緩起訴處分。
