車禍致腹膜炎死亡　醫未查判賠306萬定讞

張姓男子2002年4月2日因車禍受傷送醫急救，高雄市立聯合醫院診斷張肋骨骨折、有血胸現象，將其送入加護病房，事後張多次向醫護人員反應肚子痛，但當時的曾姓外科住院總醫師沒有注意，張很可能是車禍導致空腸破裂，導致張男在4日凌晨因腹膜炎併發敗血症死亡。

刑事部分，曾醫因業務過失致死罪，已被判刑3個月定讞，民事部分，高雄高分院去年判決曾與醫院要連帶賠償張的妻子、3名子女共306萬元精神慰撫金、殯葬費，案經最高法院駁回上訴定讞。
