竹市受理登記協助消費者油品賠償訴訟

目前民眾可以說是談油色變！新竹市衛生局本月份開始實施油安專案以來，緝查一百多家，下架油品品項多達137項、兩萬兩千多件。新竹市消保官表示，七大賣場退貨時間到本週五為止，而市府也協助消費者提出損害賠償訴訟登記，時間到月底為止。(彭清仁報導)

黑心油事件連環爆，讓消費者根本搞不清楚要買那一種油，不少民眾甚至直接拿著已買的油到賣場，請賣場人員鑑定是否黑心油。新竹市衛生局本月開始實施的油安專案，針對市售油品、小吃餐飲業進行稽查結果，總共稽查114家，下架數量包括大統、富味鄉及味全等137項多達2萬2千多件。

新竹市消保官劉興振表示，7大賣場包含超市，退貨期限至本週五為止，市府消費者服務中心將協助消費者，提出損害賠償訴訟登記，截止時間到月底為止。市府將彙整所有資料轉送到消費者保護協會，統一進行後續的團體訴訟作業。另外，黑心油事件也引起目前開議中的新竹縣市議會的重視，縣議員林志華表示，民眾對於食品GMP標章已不再具有信任感，建議大新竹地區自行來做認證，由政府與在地的食品科學研究所合作，有信賴的科學單位，民眾也會比較放心。而衛生局長殷東成指出，因為認證牽涉到全國性的問題，正與桃園、苗栗等地區研議中。
