榮科擬減資彌補虧損並增資

興櫃李長榮科技（4989）今天董事會決議，為改善公司財務結構，擬辦理減資彌補虧損，同時也規劃現金增資，定2014年1月10日召開股東臨時會討論。

榮科10月營收2.43億元，比9月及2012年10月各減少2.87%、11.61%；前十月營收25.63億元，較2012年同期衰退10.96%，其中第3季營收8.37億元，季增率11.07%，創四季新高。

榮科上半年處於毛損，稅後純損1.29億元，每股稅後損2.13元；毛損比2012年同期擴大，稅後純損也增加103.43%。

榮科擬減資80%、4.82億元，減資後實收資本額1.206億元，並暫訂每股10元辦理現金增資5,394萬股，用來改善財務結構與償還銀行借款。
