他們都會跟你洗腦說自住沒差
反正都是自己住，漲了你也不會賣、跌了你還是有房子

但是有沒有想過
假設你花了一千萬買
貸九百自己出一百
過了幾年，你繳了一百；等於還欠銀行八百

這時候假設房市大跌
原本你花了一千萬買的房子成交價只剩下七百五

你又急需一筆資金度過難關

賣，你連還銀行的錢都不夠
增貸，此時房子是負資產，地下錢莊都不一定敢借你

好，TMD我擺爛算了，結果被人申請查封破產
房子連還債的作用都沒有，你繳了兩百多萬
(當初買的還有契稅、房仲服務費等等，中間還有房屋稅地價稅)
辛辛苦苦下來的房子，只有多讓你負債50萬的作用

幾年前，香港房市就是這樣
