江揆：下架範圍屬地方政府權限

　花蓮縣府昨發動多家通路，將味全、大統、福懋極富味鄉所有商品全面下架，以維護食安，但霹靂手段也引發爭議。對此，行政院長江宜樺上午在立院備循表示，依照食管法，這部分屬於地方政府裁量權，中央的責任是定出合格與否的共同標準。江宜樺說，是否一家廠商因為一樣產品不合格，全部產品就應全部下架，大家會有聰明的判斷，被下架廠商有疑義，可以依法申訴。
