【動新聞】卡位毀婚攝　攝影魔人致歉

【簡銘柱、石永軒／新北報導】新北市一對新人日前在教堂舉行婚宴，竟出現「婚禮奧客」，為搶拍畫面多次擋到專業婚攝，整場婚禮紀錄就被這陌生人搞砸，新人氣得將影片PO上網，稱他「攝影魔人」。
 
《蘋果》循線找到受害新郎，他仍感到相當氣憤。記者進一步追查發現，攝影魔人就是滬尾攝影學會的成員，該會理事長也證實搶拍男正是四十多歲的李姓會員，對攝影相當有熱忱，專長紀實攝影，曾向他解釋，當天因為太專注才忽略拍攝距離，加上使用廣角鏡才會站的特別近，也對整件事感到相當抱歉。
 
警方則表示，男子的行為可能涉及民法肖像權中的人格侵害，以及社會秩序維護法中的無故根追他人。
