水餃皮染「綠」　南市衛局：查無不法

【王志弘／台南報導】衛福部今天再公布銅葉綠素流向，其中台南安定的君懋食品涉嫌「染綠」水餃皮，但台南市衛生局查無不法。
 
南市衛生局副局長林碧芳表示，據同仁訪查結果，君懋食品是2年前向宇馨買來一罐1公斤裝的銅葉綠素，用來測試調色以研發新產品，但不滿意就沒繼續使用；經比對宇馨進貨單紀錄，雙方僅合作過一次。初步未發現君懋食品有任何違規添加事項。
 
君懋食品是間2人工廠，2008年7月營運至今，主要生產湯包、水餃、鍋貼，每月可各賣500顆。「染起來太綠、太假，我哪敢用！」老闆黃煥宇喊冤說，2年多前上網向宇馨買來化學葉綠素（銅葉綠素），但成品的顏色看起來很奇怪，後來丟棄不用，乾脆自己種菜，先川燙後打汁再摻入麵粉中，做出粉綠色的天然葉綠素湯包、水餃來區隔市場。
 
黃煥宇說，公司的規模已經很小，如今還捲入此事件，他不能怪別人，「只希望危機能變成轉機」。
