建商年終獎金上看10個月　百貨業拚6個月

辛苦了一年，上班族莫不對年終獎金充滿期待，雖然政府打房並未鬆手，但今年建商發放的年終獎金仍令人稱羨，興富發可望連續第2年發10個月，遠雄、華固、長虹也有機會在6個月以上；百貨業平均約3個月，但京站最高可望達6個月；金融業則在做最後衝刺。

經濟成長率陷入保「2」大作戰，一些行業即將發放的年終獎金卻是令員工充滿期待，也令其他行業稱羨。雖然政府打房力道不手軟，但房價仍持續高檔，興富發建設今年可望和去年一樣有10個月的年終獎金，遠雄建設去年有3.4~10個月，今年則可望比去年好，華固、長虹則可望與去年一樣在6~8個月。

百貨公司周年慶正打得火熱，員工更是全力拚年終，新光三越、遠百、太平洋SOGO去年都有約2~3個月的年終獎金，今年業績小成長，目前還沒確定會發多少，而京站則因有兩位數的成長，平均有3個月的年終獎金，最高則可達6個月。

去年也上看10個月年終獎金的金融業，今年更是外界關注的焦點，已有人力銀行預估，金融業今年前10月的獲利已經超過去年全年，因此，去年平均3~4個月的年終獎金應該有機會突破。
