因為我本來去銀行匯了一筆給賣方/電匯
可是沒想到中間銀行居然抽走100港幣/約400台幣當手續費
而且我在彰銀也付了320的手續費
手續費付了一堆結果我還少給對方100港幣
想請問有人可以幫我用paypal付款給賣家嗎
拜託Q口Q
