男缺錢買毒　應徵工地水電工偷電線變賣

基隆市刑大偵三隊昨天深夜發現1名36歲羅姓男子，在工地偷竊工地倉庫內配電線等有價建材，持工具剝去電線外皮後，以每公斤180元賣給資源回收商。警方今天循線逮捕羅男，在其租屋處人贓俱獲，訊後將他依竊盜罪送辦。

警方調查，羅男利用應徵水電臨時工至各工地打工機會行竊。羅男坦承偷竊並帶同警方在其租屋處所取出贓物：包括已剝皮配電銅線33公斤、配電線2綑(5.5mm)、配電線4綑(2.0mm)；羅男表示典當所得金錢大多花費購買毒品施用。
