食品違法添加 重罰共識高

立法院衛環委員會今審查食品衛生管理法修正草案，截至中午尚未討論加重罰則、刑責部分，下午將繼續審查。衛環委員會召委蘇清泉表示，食管法今天一定會送出委員會，趕上明天院會二、三讀。

蘇清泉說，這次修法重點是對違法添加加重罰則、刑責。在罰款部分，標示不清原先只處罰3萬到15萬元，有立委提案拉高為3萬到300萬元；原先有毒物質恐危害人體，處罰6萬到600萬元，也有立委提案提高到1500萬元，甚至2000萬元，但罰款金額爭議較多，仍須討論協商。

刑罰方面朝野共識度高，未來違法化工原料等流入食品鏈中，將處二到七年有期徒刑；故意致人於重傷者，處七到十年；致人於死將處無期徒刑。
